Role Overview:
As CTO, you will lead the development of cutting-edge AI systems with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and memory research. You’ll be responsible for driving the technical vision, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the commercial viability of AI innovations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead AI and NLP development strategies.
- Architect scalable AI models with advanced memory systems.
- Collaborate with CCO to align technical and commercial objectives.
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers and AI researchers.
- Requirements:
Experience:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML projects, including model design and implementation.
- Expertise in AI, NLP, and machine learning with a focus on large-scale systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Experience with deploying and managing AI models in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and work under pressure.
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
