Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Research Scientist, your work will focus on enhancing the contextual understanding and memory capabilities of AI systems. You will integrate deep learning methods with cognitive science principles to improve the AI’s ability to store and retrieve information with human-like accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop AI memory systems that mimic human recall.
- Collaborate with engineers and neuroscientists to refine AI models.
- Publish and present research findings on AI memory systems.
- Requirements:
Experience:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG.
- 2+ years of experience with AI/ML research, including deep learning.
- Strong background in cognitive science and neural networks.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python programming with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and deploying AI models in production.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative research environment.
Education:
- PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Science, or related fields.
